Size Small will fit sizes 2-6 US , 28 inches long.
Size Medium will fit sizes 8-12 US, 30 inches long.
Size Large will fit sizes 14-18 US , 32 inches long.

The length is measured from the base of the neck down.

Turtleneck is knitted loose and can be easily worn down.
